    Tickness according to JIS G3141(Class A) WIDTH : 0 /+ 5 mm

F) SURFACE APPEARNCE:
The surface would be free from defect like pores, holes, roll marks, screatches, silvers, scabs, milled in scales, laminations, edge wave, black patches, oil patches, piting, cracked or porn out edge.

G) ROUGHNESS: 0.5 - 2(micron)

H) HAREDNESS: Min: 85 HRB

I) ANOTHER IMPORTANT SPECFICATION

- Edge condition: Trimmed edge (In packing line)
- Coil outer diameter: Max 2050 mm
- Coil inner diameter: 610 mm
- Coil weight: 12-18 (ton)
- Camber = 0.2 % (Max)
- Contamination of strip:
  - 200 mg/m2 Iron fine (Max)
  - 150 mg/m2 Iron fine (Max)
- No edge crack
- No collapsing inner diameter
- No telescopic extent on coil crown
- Cold reduction: % 50 - % 90
- Flatness: No wave on edge (Strip bulking Max 3 mm)

J) PACKING:
Production should be perfectly packed with water resistance (sea worthy) materials.

K) MARKING:
Each coil should be identified with two tables (one inside & one out side) with below contents:

- Producer Trade Mark
- Coil No
- Heat No
- Dimensions
- Steel Grade
- Gross Weight'
- Coil Net Weight
- Production Date

L) CETIFICATE:
All producted should be covered by test certificate showing chemical analysis:
